The myCount iQT-Analyser RiTa is an incubator, which simultanously serves as an imaging analyser for Idexx Quanti-Trays® or Idexx Quanti-Trays 2000®. A total of 60 trays can be incubated and analysed in one workstep.The conceptual design of the machine allows for incubation of a new tray once any tray is removed, allowing overlapping incubation and therefore provide further time saving and faster result reporting, meaning that the machine can be running constantly 7/24, none stop simply by adding additional trays. Each tray gets a time stamp and will be analysed right after the specified incubation time.

Whatever type of test Idexx-Colilert-18®, -Enterolert®,  -Pseudalert® or -HPC is in use, the myCount iQT-Analyser RiTa performs all incubation/analysis tasks independently of day or weektime and is reliable without the need to transfer the data manually to a MPN table.

The validity of the system has been proven in an EN ISO 17994 based study and it has been shown that the accuracy of myCount RiTa is extremely high with a relative difference of only 0.32% in total coliform analysis and 0.13% in E. Coli analysis, compared to manual counting.
